FAQs

 

What is the turnaround time for my photos?

Depending on the season, Portrait galleries may take 1-2 weeks max. Wedding Galleries may take 4-6 weeks max. For Wedding Galleries we will send out sneak peeks a few days after the wedding (that way you can share those with friends and family of course!)

Do you travel out of state?

Who doesn't love exploring new places? Because adventuring is our thing! If you would like to book us for your big day and you are out of state, please contact us before booking. We are available for travel on Weekend Weddings only. Due to extra cost, we do charge the original pricing from our package + travel expenses and fees. 

Do we have payment plans/require a deposit?

Yes! All payment plans + deposits are discussed through our contact form. Full payments must be made for portrait sessions. A 50% deposit is required for all of our wedding packages.

What are the cancelation/rescheduling policies?

Due to our yearly calendar, rescheduling is based upon our availability/discretion. If you would like to discuss rescheduling please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your session, otherwise, a no show would be a forfeiture of your payment.

Cancelations from the client’s end will result in a forfeit of payment thus, no refund will be issued.
